Ihsaan Amin’s unbeaten 59* & Kunal’s 4-fer steers Matunga Gymkhana into the finals of President Cup’24

Ours Cricket Club after being put to bat first on Matunga Gymkhana Ground in Mumbai were all out for 89 runs in 13.4 overs. Matunga Gymkhana bowlers did an impressive job with spinner Kunal Gawand (3/23) and Nikhil Date (3/12) being the pick of the lot. Dhananjay Rao also chipped in well taking 2/26 in 4 overs as it was a combined bowling effort by Matunga Gymkhana bowlers.

Chasing 90, Matunga Gymkhana finished off the match in mere 10.1 overs as their openers Ihsaan and Raj Gohil took things in their hand to lend a 10wkt win to their team. Ihsaan Amin scored an unbeaten 59* off 41 balls which included 7 boundaries and 3 sixes while Raj supported him well with an unbeaten 31* as Matunga Gymkhana won the match outright reaching the finals of MCA President Cup.
