MCC XI opting to bat first at Saanvi Cricket Arena Ground in Hyderabad made a total of 184/7 in 20 overs. Captain Dinesh Mohan opening the innings led from the front as he went on to score an impressive knock of 81 runs in 53 balls. Dinesh known for his aggressive brand of batting stayed true to his natural abilities striking at 150+ which included 9 boundaries and a six. Apart from him, Muthyam at no.7 scored a quick 37 off 16 balls which included 3 sixes.

Green Mavericks in reply were restricted to 108/9 in 20 overs with Captain Dinesh Mohan being the pick of the lot from bowlers too taking 2/4 alongwith Vijay and Rajendra who took 2 wkts each.

MCC XI won the match by 76 runs while all-rounder Dinesh Mohan was declared ‘man of the match”
