4 wkt win for Pratapgad Royals in the ongoing 2N Designers Premier League Season 3

Pratapgad Royals after being put to bat first at Asthapailu Cricket Ground in Mumbai made a total of 159/6 in 20 overs. Even though their top orders wickets fell early, it was their middle order which saved the day as Vimal Hansraj played a matured innings of 32 ball 30 at no.5 while Prasad Roge and Shirke at lower middle order playing the finishers role. Prasad at no.7 scored a quickfire 30* off 18 balls (2 fours, 1 six) while Shirke remained unbeaten on 27* off 21 balls which included 2 sixes coming at no.8

Sinhagad Lions in reply were all out for 147 runs in 19.3 overs with Pranay Ranka at no.3 top scoring with a gritty 47 off 39 balls. From the bowlers, all-rounder shirke who lent a crucial cameo with the bat was also the strike bowler taking 3/19 in 4 overs alonwith his captain Shubham Shingate who took 3/29 in 4 overs.

Pratapgad Royals won the match by 12 runs while Shirke for his all-round heroics declared “Player of the Match”
