Abdullah Muhammad shines as OCA registers its 3rd Back to Back for win in Brampton International Cricket Festival’24

OCA XI after being put to bat first made a more than decent total on board putting up 170/5 in 18 overs. The middle order of OCA came in well with Tarandeep Singh (28 runs), Jay Peshwa (33*runs) and Kishan Missir (23 runs) chipping in with crucial knocks for their team.

Defending 171, OCA bowlers once again delivered the goods and this time it was Abdullah Muhammad returning with a match winning bowling performance of 3/12 in 4 overs which included some key top order wickets. It was a collective team performance overall with Shanay, Arya and Yash all chipping in with 2 wkts each with everyone keeping it tight. The commendable part of OCA bowlers was none of the bowlers conceded more than 6 runs an over which ultimately made all the difference.

OCA XI won the match by a massive margin of 1oo runs while Abdullah Muhammad was declared ‘Player of the Game”
