Win for Sunny XI CC on the back of All-Rounder Nikhil’s 4-fer in Lt. Sadu Shinde League’24

Pune Police opting to bat first at PIOC Cricket Ground in Pune made a total of 214/7 in 35 overs with Amit Bodare at no.3 being the top scorer with 102* off 84 balls. The rest of the batters chipped in with cameos batting around him. From the bowlers, all-rounder Nikhil Jain was the pick of the lot taking 4/33 in 7 overs including some key wickets at the middle order like Ashok G (41runs) who was looking dangerous at one point batting alongwith Amit.

Sunny XI Cricket Club even though were in deep trouble at one point got back into the game in no time courtesy their middle order. Sunny XI who were 2/2 and 27/3 at one stage resurrected their innings back with Yuvraj (40 runs), Suraj Shinde (53 runs) and Siddhesh W (26runs) coming up with crucial contributions as Sunny XI won the match by 2 wkts with 12.3 overs to spare.
