Played at Gymkhana Ground in Capital Dares Salam, Flashnet Aces opting to bat first made a decent total on board putting up 192/6 in 20 overs. After losing their opener early, it was Aman Khan at no.3 taking the game away in no time. Stitching a 142 run for 2nd wicket with Ally Fentu (41 runs off 45 balls), Aman took on the bowlers with great confidence from the other end as he went on to score a brilliant 109* off 54 balls. Aman’s knock included 13 boundaries and 5 sixes striking at 201.85 while he was ably supported by Abhishek Kumar in the death overs who chipped in with a quick 30* off 13 balls.
Intek Gymkhana in reply could’nt manage to give a strong fight as they were restricted to just 126/9 in 20 overs thanks to a disciplined bowling performance by Flashnet bowlers. Jatin Prajapati with 3/20 and Hamza with 2/19 were the pick of the lot as Flashnet Aces won the match by 66 runs.
