In the match vs Toros XI at One Champion Cricket Ground in Hyderabad, Nishant Yadav coming at no.5 scored a match winning half century. Nishanth came at a time when his team Surya Developers had lost early wickets but he kept his nerves to score a brilliant 56* off 31 balls helping his team win the match by 7 wkts.
In the next match which followed in Rising Cup, Nishant who came at no.3 for Super Stallions Cricket Club scored a magnificent 115* off mere 54 balls, a knock which included 7 fours and 8 sixes at a strike rate of 212.98 propelling his team towards a massive total of 236 runs in 20 overs. Super Stallions ultimately won that match by 68 runs and Nishanth was adjudged man of the match.
In the 3rd match representing Kings XI in One Champion Plate Season 17, Nishanth scored an unbeaten 66* off 51 balls smashing at a strike rate of 130.00 as he took his team towards a total of 161/5 in 20 overs which they ultimately defended vs Kings XI winning the match by 10 runs. Nishanth for his unbeaten half century at the middle order was declared ‘man of the match”
