Tarun took the responsibility on his shoulders as he smacked a brilliant 80 off 57 balls, a knock which included 10 fours and 2 sixes at a strike rate of 140.35.
CSV in reply chased down the total in 19.3 winning the finals by 7 wkts with Santosh Dhammani being declared ‘player of the match”. Mitchell Martin ended as runners up to the tournament and Tarun ended up winning the hearts.
Tarun shared with Zoomcricket.in – “I scored 80 runs of 57 balls in finals, In this tournament I’ve ended up as 4th high scorer of the tournament with 220 runs at an average of 55.00. It’s been a great learning curve for me and for our team. It has certainly given us a lot of confidence to move ahead with a positive outlook”
