Sydney Joseph smashes a 38 ball ton for United XI in Royal Cup Mixed Corporate League Season 2

Played at Westeros Cricket Ground in Hyderabad, Telangana, United XI CC after being put to bat first posted a massive total of 261/6 in 20 overs. Skipper Sydney Joseph brought up his 10th hundred in the match as he stitched a memorable 171 run stand for 4th wicket with Nikhil Yadav who scored 84 off 41 balls. Sydney went all guns blazing as he scored one of the fastest hundreds of this ground as he took mere 38 balls to reach his century. Sydney eventually scored a match winning 120 off mere 47 balls, an innings which included 14 boundaries and 8 sixes at a stunning strike rate of 255.32.

Pirates CC in reply were all out for 171 runs courtesy some tight bowling by United XI CC bowlers with Gokul Joshi’s 3/20 in 4 overs being the pick of the lot.
