Super Stallions wins on the back of Nishanth Yadav’s unbeaten 67 in Rising Cup Season 40

Super Stallions opting to bat first at New Madies Ground 2 in Hyderabad, Telangana piled up a very impressive total of 222/4 in 20 overs. The openers gave a decent start putting on 40 runs in the first 4.4 overs however it was their hard-hitting wicket-keeper batsman Nishanth Yadav anchoring the innings with an unbeaten half century. Nishanth Yadav went on to score a brilliant 67* off 37 balls smashing 3 fours and 4 sixes at a healthy strike rate of 181.38. Aman (41*) and Anil (16*) at the middle order further added that finishing touch in the death overs as Super Stallions reached 200 par total with ease.

Rainbow Avengers in reply were all out for 93 runs in 14.3 overs with Bobby Yelliseti taking 3/10 while Abhijeet and Piyush bagging 2wkts a piece.

Super Stallions won the match by 129 runs while Nishanth Yadav was declared ‘man of the match”
