Sporting Union Club wins over J Bhatia Sports Club in B Div MCA Women’s League’24

Sporting Union Club after being put to bat first at Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana in Kandivali, Mumbai made a total of 214/5 in 40 overs. The openers Swara and Rishita gave a flying start putting on 141 runs for the 1st wicket. Swara Khedekar scored 41 off 84 balls while Rishita Chaugule was the top scorer smashing 68 off 83 balls smashing 9 boundaries in it. The middle order chipped in with cameos as they reached a respectable total of 214 to defend.

J Bhatia Sports Club in reply were all out for 132 runs in 37.5 overs with Janhavi Wadkar and Labdhi Gala being the top wicket takers. Sporting Union bowlers did a commendable job with Labdhi taking 4/20 in 7.3 overs with 3 maidens while Janhavi taking 3/14 in 5 overs including a maiden as Sporting Union Club won the match by 76 runs.

Sporting Union Club is performing well under the able Coaching of Hrishikesh Puranik who is using his coaching expertise to help the players grow and thrive.
