Spartans Cricket Club batting first at Jack Carter Pavilion Ground in London made a total of 248/8 in 48 overs. Fahad Khan who scored a century for Spartans few weeks back continued his spanking form with the bat this time scoring a solid 78 off 110 balls. Opener Fahad confidently built his innings while he was well supported by Waseem, Nag and Nimesh stitching crucial partnerships with all the batters. Apart from Fahad, Nimesh also contributed well with 46 runs off 42 balls and Parimeet Jadhav who scored a handy 22 ball 33.
Aztec CC in reply only managed to score 199/8 in 42 overs as Spartans Bowlers once again delivered the goods. Jaydeep Dhorada was the pick of the lot from Spartans returning with impressive bowling figures of 4/32 in 8 overs including key wicket of centurion Chathura M.
