Skipper Nikhil Jain powers Arch Mavericks to a win with an all-round show in AT20 Season X

Arch Mavericks opting to bat first at Vengsarkar Cricket Ground in Mahul made a healthy total on board putting up 194/5 in 20 overs. After a shaky top order start, it was their middle order players which took their team towards a powerful position.  Sunil Jadhav and Kaiwalya chipped in with 30’s while Arch Mavericks Star All-Rounder Nikhil Jain top scored in the match with a brilliant 48* off 26 balls. Nikhil smashed 7 boundaries and batted with a strike rate of 185.00 perfectly changing gears for his team in the death overs.

Royal Falcons in reply could only manage a total of 117/8 in 20 overs courtesy tight bowling by Arch Mavericks bowlers. Sunil Jadhav and A.Dave took 2 wkts each while Captain Nikhil Jain also took a wicket conceding mere 5 runs in a spell of 2 overs.

Result:  Arch Mavericks won by 77 runs, Nikhil Jain declared ‘man of the match”
