Skipper Janhavi Wadkar steers Borivali CC to a win in D Division MCA Women’s League’26

Oriental Cricket Club batting first at NMSA Ground in Vashi were all out for 114 runs in 30.1 overs. Borivali CC bowlers did a commendable job not allowing the opposition team to settle. Leading from the front, Captain Janhavi Wadkar was the pick of the lot taking 3/14 in 7.1 overs including 2 maidens. Janhavi who trains at Cricket Explained Academy under Coach Hrishikesh Puranik showed great discipline providing crucial top order breakthroughs.

Borivali CC in reply chased down the score in just 32.1 overs with Vidhi Kadam at the middle order remaining unbeaten with a solid 31* off 31 balls as Borivali CC won the match by 5 wkts.
