Played at National CC, Cross Maidan, U14 Kalwa Centre batting first were all out for 200 runs in 70 overs. Most of the batters got start but none of them managed to score 50+ score to many any substantial impact. From U14 MCA Academy, Soham Palai with 3/48 was the pick of the lot while Dhruv and Sharvil bagged 2 wkts each.
U14 MCA Academy in reply made a massive 1st innings total smashing 652/8 in 91 overs. Opening the innings, Captain Akshat Joshi who has been amongst the runs this season continued to impress with the bat as he top scored in the match with a brilliant knock of 196 runs. Akshat and Vihan stitched 157 runs opening stand setting up the tone for the innings. Akshat dominated from the very beginning scoring 196 off 143 balls which included 28 boundaries and 5 sixes. Aarav (100) and Lavish (101) at the middle order also scored hundreds as U14 MCA Academy won the match on 1st innings lead.
