Shweta Sehrawat (47) and Mitali (5 wkts) steer Delhi to a win in Women’s U19 One Day Trophy’21

Played at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur, Delhi Team after winning the toss elected to bat first scoring 165/10 in 48.3 overs. Opener Shweta Sehrawat was the top scorer for Delhi scoring an impressive 47 runs off 70 deliveries. Shweta batted till the 23rd over smashing 7 boundaries and keeping the scoreboard ticking.

Delhi were successful in defending their low total restricting Jharkhand team to just 107 runs all out in 44.3 overs. Delhi’s Mitali was the star bowler turning the game around with an excellent spell of 5/18 in 9.3 overs. Apart from Mitali, the rest of the bowlers also did a commendable job as Delhi went on to win the match by 58 runs.
