United Patni Industries Ltd batting first on Kamath Memorial, Dadar made a total of 199/9 in 43 overs. Even though United Patni were off to a shaky start, they got back into the game thanks to their middle order batters Omar Patni and Sandesh Koli who provided with crucial knocks under pressure. Captain Omar scored 41 runs coming at no.5 while Sandesh Koli coming at no.6 top scored with 63 runs off 55 balls (5 boundaries).

Defending a total of exact 200, ICICI Bank were bundled out for just 90 runs in 23.1 overs thanks to brilliant bowling performance by United Patni bowlers. All-Rounder Prashant Patil bowled a very crucial spell of 4/21 in 9 overs including a maiden as he took some key top order wickets including both openers. On the other hand, Sandesh Koli also bowled equally well taking 4/20 in 5.1 overs as United Patni won the match by 109 runs.
