Rudra Patil from Omtex bags Man of the Match Award in U14 Spider Shield’23

Omtex ICWC opting to bat first posted a total of 101/5 in 25 overs with Captain Arhaan Patel top scoring with 37* off 65 balls. Arhaan showed temperament and batted till the end while rest of the batters batted around him. From Spider A, Tushar More with 2/21 was the pick of the lot.

Chasing 102, Spider A could only manage 86/9 in their 25 overs. Omtex bowlers did a excellent job of restricting the batters as Swaraj, Rudra and Ankit bagged 2 wkts each. Rudra Patil with 2/9 in 5 overs was the pick of the lot which helped him bag ‘man of the match’ award as Omtex ICWC won the match by 15 runs.
