Chasing 175, Canara Bank batted well winning the match by a dominating margin of 7 wkts as the experienced duo of Bharat Chipli and Harpreet Singh Bhatia stitched a crucial 73 run stand for the 2nd wicket. Bharat who opened the innings scored 73 runs while Harpreet Singh Bhatia anchored the chase with a match winning 61* off 49 balls. a knock which included 5 fours and 3 sixes at a healthy strike rate of 124.49. Harpreet also stitched crucial partnerships with Bharat and later on with Naveen and Manoj as they crossed the victory line in the 20th over with 3 balls to spare.

Harpreet Singh Bhatia – one of the most experienced campaigners of Chhattigsarh Cricket who played for Punjab Kings last season has certainly made his presence felt before the 2024 edition of IPL begins.
