Even though their top order did’nt made much of an impact, Vishal Mane (38*) and Mayur Yadav (46*) at the middle order helped their team reach a defendable total through their power hitting in the death overs. From the bowlers, Amit Pathak with 2/23 in 4 overs was the pick of the lot.
Torna Tigers in reply chased down the total in just 16.4 overs courtesy a brilliant half century by opener Shafik Maniyari. Shafik scored a match winning innings of 66 runs in 40 balls which included 6 fours and 4 sixes at a healthy strike rate of 165.00. Ajit Bhinge at the middle order later did the finishers job smashing 26 off just 12 balls to take his team home with a commanding win.
