Opener Dinesh Mohan’s 64 ball 107 ensures a Clean Win for Rafale XI in FCCT Season 30

Played at New Melgiri Cricket Ground (MCG), Rafale XI after being put to bat first posted a total of 167/8 in 20 overs. Even though were in trouble at one stage with scoreboard reading 24/4, it was the in-form Dinesh Mohan who took no time to turn things around with a brilliant knock of 107* off 64 balls. Dinesh who brought up his 28th hundred smashed 14 boundaries at a strike rate of 167.19 taking his team from 24/4 to 167/8 in 20 overs.

Pehelwani.com in reply only managed 158/6 in 20 overs as Rafale Bowlers did an excellent job in the last 5 overs where they did not allow the opposition to settle or score freely. Santharaj with 1/9 was the pick of the lot while Dinesh Mohan also chipped in with 1/27 in 4 overs ensuring a thriller win for their team.

Result: Rafale XI won by 9 runs, Dinesh Mohan declared ‘man of the match” Dinesh Mohan is also currently the Most Valued Player in the FCCT Tournament with 230 runs and 6 wkts to his name alongwith 5 dismissals in fielding.
