Opener Aryan Reddy guides Gouds XI to a 10 wkt win with an unbeaten half century in HCA A2 Division 2 Day League Championship’24

Abhinav Colts batting first on SR Cricket Ground – 2 in Hyderabad were all out for 114 runs in 32 overs with their opener Santosh (36 runs) being the only player crossing 30 run mark. It was a disciplined bowling show by Gouds XI Bowlers ensuring the opposition does not reach a formidable total. All-Rounder Aryan Reddy and Sai Nihal were the pick of the lot taking 2 wkts each. Aryan had the best bowling figures in the match with 2/22 in 8 overs including a maiden.

For Gouds XI, it looked like a mere formality as they chased down the target in just 14.4 overs winning the match outright by 10 wkts. Aryan Reddy who made his Hyderabad State Debut last season owned the day with all-round performance as he anchored the chase with an unbeaten half century. Aryan guided the innings with a solid 59* off 67 balls which included 7 boundaries as Gouds XI crossed the victory line with superlative ease.
