Left-handed opener Akhil Herwadkar who recently scored a half century for Mumbai Senior Team in BCCI Buchi Babu Tournament continued his solid form with the bat scoring a well crafted 74 off 82 balls which included 12 boundaries. Akhil laid the foundation for CCI innings by giving a great start while also stitching 141 runs stand for 2nd wicket with Akash Anand who top scored in the match with 106 runs.
Akhil has been giving consistent performances since last one year amassing over 1700+ runs at an average of 50.00+ .Parsee Gymkhana in reply batted for 30 overs before the end of the game’s play where they were 105/6 with Ishan Mulchandani batting on 44*.
