Opener Aayush Shinde smashes a brilliant Century in RCC 6th Anniversary U12 Tourament’22

RCC U12 Team opting to bat first posted a massive total of 229/1 in 20 overs courtesy a counter attacking century by RCC opener Aayush Shinde. Opening the innings, Aayush took on the bowlers head on smashing 119* off just 68 balls, an innings which included 23 fours at a strike rate of 175.00. Ayush was well supported by Prithvi Bhalerao who scored 73* off 40 balls stitching 147 runs for the 2nd wicket.

Ithink Sportz in reply could only muster a total of 123/8 in 20 overs courtesy tight bowling by the RCC bowlers. From the bowlers, Ramchandra Pawar with 2/14 was the pick of the lot. RCC U12 Team won the match by 106 runs and Aayush Shinde was declared ‘man of the match’. Aayush in his previous outing vs RCC Sixers had scored 81* as he continues his good form with the bat.
