Nishad-Jasmeet fifers & Risabh Sadake’s massive 157 steers Modern English School under Achievers Cricket Academy to a commanding win in U14 Giles Shield’24

Oxford English School opting to bat first at National CC, Cross Maidan made a total of 254/10 in 92 overs. Modern English bowlers displayed a clinical job with their strike bowlers Jasmeet Singh and Nishad Parab bagging fifers. Jasmeet took 5/66 in 30 overs which included 7 maidens while Nishad Parab took 5/53 in 27 overs including 8 maidens.

Modern English School in reply scored 280 runs for the loss of 7 wkts in 76 overs winning the match on 1st innings lead. Opener Rishabh Sadake and Aryan Kamble gave a flying start putting on 108 runs for the 1st wicket. Risabh top scored in the match scoring 157 off 239 balls smashing 31 fours and 1 six.

Risabh displayed solid composure as he anchored the MES innings while Jasmeet and Nishad displayed great bowling performance helping Modern English School win the match in a commanding fashion.
