Nag (112) & Upendar Reddy (55) steer Rose Crown CC to a win over Northwest CC in Essex 40 Overs Sunday League’23

Rose and Crown CC batting first at Henault Cricket Ground made an imposing total of 277/10 in 40 overs.  Nag who came at no.4 and no.3 batsman Upendar Reddy were key gamechangers stitching a brilliant 176 run stand for the 3rd wicket. Nag scored 112 from 85 balls while Upendar scored 55 from 48 balls which included 8 boundaries. Upendar with his gritty all-round show continues to be a vital cog for Rose and Crown CC in UK Cricket.

Northwest CC in reply were all out for 225 runs in 39.4 overs with Upendar Reddy being the pick of the lot coming up with 3/59 in what turned out to be a handy spell for his team as Rose and Crown CC won the match by 52 runs.
