Mumbai Speedster Zaid Patankar bags Man of the Match Award for his all-round show in Pristine Cup’22

From the bowlers, it was Mumbai Speedster Zaid Patankar showing his might with the ball returning with bowling figures of 3/29 in 8 overs which included 3 maidens and 2 snorter deliveries which cleaned up the gates of the batsman. Apart from Zaid, Rahul Sawant with 4/43 and Akash Mishra with 3/37 contributed well with the ball.

All Heart Academy in reply chased down the score successfully in what turned out to be a thriller of a chase. No.3 batsman Manit Dakshini scored 50 runs while Aditya Khanvilkar guided the chase with an unbeaten 58* off 73 balls. With wickets tumbling from the other end, All Heart Academy only had 1 wicket in hand but thanks to a quick cameo by Zaid who not only scored the winning runs but also scored a crucial cameo of 29* off 39 balls.

Result: All Heart Academy won by 1 wkt, Zaid Patankar declared ‘man of the match’
