MCC’s Mayank Dubey’s all-round performance steers Kayasth Pathshala Club to a win in Col M.R Shervani ‘A’ Division League’25

Phaphamau Cricket Club opting to bat first at KP College Ground in Allahabad made a total of 245/9 in 40 overs. Powered by opener Vikas Kumar’s century, Phaphamau CC reached a defendable total on board. From the bowlers, MCC’s Mayank Dubey with 4/53 in 8 overs was the pick of the lot alongwith 3 wkts by Abhinav Tiwari.

Kayasth Pathsala CC in reply chased down the score in 36.4 overs winning the match by 3 wickets. Akhil Tiwari at no.3 scored a gutsy half century smashing 70 off 55 balls while Aman Patel remained unbeaten on 38* off 34 balls. Mayank Dubey at no.5 also chipped in with a crucial cameo of 34 runs which ultimately helped the team win the match.

Mayank Dubey who trains at Mumbai Cricket Club was declared man of the match for his all-round performance of 4 wkts and 34 runs.
