MCC Santacruz U12 pips Sanjeevani Cricket Academy in MCC U12 Talent Search Tournament’24

Sanjeevani Cricket Academy after being put to bat first at Oval Maidan in Mumbai managed to score 127/7 in 25 overs with opener Nived Lakhwani being the highest scorer with 29 runs. MCC Santacruz bowlers bowled well with Nawaz Oberoi and Gaurav Singh being the pick of the lot taking 2 wkts each. Nawaz with 2/14 in 5 overs had the best bowling figures in the match.

MCC Santacruz in reply chased down the score in 23.4 overs winning the match by 2 wkts. Opener Tanuj Vaidya anchored the chase with a solid looking 32 off 53 balls while Captain Dheeraj Paswan at the middle order played the finishers role with a quickfire 30 off 20 balls.
