Lohagad Emperors after being put to bat first at Bapusaheb Shelar Cricket Ground in Pune batted really well notching up a total of 205/5 in 20 overs. Openers Nauman (45 off 35 balls) and Jinesh gave a flying start putting on 129 runs for the first wicket in mere 11.5 overs. Jinesh who batted extremely well in his last outing and had also bagged man of the match continued his terrific form smashing bowlers in every corner of the ground hitting a gorgeous century. Jinesh smashed an exact 100 off 49 balls smashing 7 fours and 9 sixes at a strike rate of 204.08
Sinhagad Lions in reply did manage to give a tough fight but Lohagad Bowlers gained the upper hand in the death overs restricting Sinhagad Lions to 186/9 in 20 overs. Opener Sushant Chimate scored 63 runs while Samir Yadav from the bowlers was the pick of the lot taking 4/21 in 4 overs.
