Abhimanyu Iyer spins a web as Cricket Explained Academy clinches a stunning win over Ours CC in Ram Baran Memorial Premier League’23

Cricket Explained Academy after being put to bat first at Times, Azad Maidan managed a total of 98/6 in 20 overs with Captain Arnav Sant at the middle order top scoring with 20 runs off 18 balls while Anay Nikam at lower order scoring 14 runs.

Defending a total of 98, Ours CC did manage to give a tough fight but ultimately Cricket Explained Academy had the upper hand as they won a close shave match by 2 runs. Their spinner Abhimanyu Iyer was the most impressive as he returned with excellent bowling figures of 4/15 in 4 overs including a maiden. Iyer showed great composure bowling in good areas to make life difficult for batsman. Apart from him, Sahil Yadav also bowled well taking 1/18 in 4 overs.
