Half Centuries by Nimesh Mistry & Sai Krishna steers Spartans CC 1st XI to a win in Essex and East London Cricket League’24

Spartans CC opting to bat first at Jack Carter Pavilion Ground made a healthy total on board of 264/9 dec in 36.4 overs. Even though, they lost some early wickets, it was Nimesh Mistry at no.3 scoring an entertaining knock of 74 runs in 52 balls. Nimesh took the bowlers head on smashing 14 boundaries while also stitching crucial stands at the middle order with Mahender (20 runs) and Sai Krishna (69 off 56 balls) helping Spartans reach a healthy total to defend.

Tower Hamlets CC in reply were all out for 208 runs in 40.5 overs with Ven Kompella and Rajesh Reddy chipping in with 3 wkts each as Spartans CC Essex won the match by a margin of 56 runs.
