Half Centuries by Advait and Hridaan steer DY Cricket Academy to a win over Elevate Sports Academy

Played at NL Ground in Dahisar, it was a 35 over encounter between DY Cricket Academy and Elevate Sports Academy where in DY Cricket Academy opting to bat first made a very impressive total of 272/5 in 35 overs. Opener Advait Kekan (64 off 67 balls) laid the base giving a great start at the top of the order while he was well supported by Sandhiya and Samuel too. Skipper Hridaan Mistry who came at no.4 played the captain’s knock batting till the end and taking his team towards a strong position. Hridaan scored 50* off 41 balls which included 4 boundaries and lots of hard work between the wickets!

Elevate Sports Academy in reply were all out for 150 runs courtesy a great bowling performance by DY Bowlers. M Sayeed Shingre returned with bowling figures of 3/20 in 5 overs including a maiden while Aahil Sayed took 3/15 in 5.4 overs including a maiden as DY clinched a dominating victory by 122 runs.
