Dinesh Mohan exhibits brilliant form with match winning Half Centuries in the semis of Gentleman’s Game Tournament’22

Gentlemens Game 24 (Semi Final)

The weekend proved to be super fruitful for Dinesh Mohan as he smashed back to back half centuries to steer his team towards the finals in Gentleman’s Game Tournament in Hyderabad.  In the match vs I-Space Stars at New Madies Ground in Telangana, Hyderabad, B Sports Academy after being put to bat first posted a total of 164/8 in 20 overs. Coming at no.4, Dinesh Mohan top scored with a gritty knock of 50 runs in 30 balls which included 4 fours and a six.

I-Space Stars in reply could only manage a total of 149/6 in 20 overs courtesy some tight bowling by B Sports Academy bowlers which helped them win the match by 15 runs. Dinesh Mohan for his crucial half century at the middle order was declared man of the match.

Gentleman’s Game 25 (Semi Final)

In the next day which followed, Dinesh Mohan who played for CCT XI scored a brilliant 89* off 59 balls which included 10 fours and 1 six. It was his unbeaten 89* at no.3 which pushed the team total to 158/7 in 20 overs. The opposition team Willows Cricket Academy were cleaned up for 99 runs as CCT XI won the semi finals by 59 runs.

Dinesh Mohan was declared ‘man of the match’ making it back to back MoM awards for his two back to back half centuries on successive days.
