Dhiaan Shetiya bags MoM award as Achievers Knight Riders win in Achievers Super League’23

Achievers Knight Riders after being put to bat first made a very healthy total on board posting 164/6 in 21 overs. However, the innings had 78 extras which contributed to this big total. Openers Manish Shethia (14 off 30 balls) and Atharv Lakhani (26 off 30 balls) gave a solid opening start putting on 53 runs for the 1st wicket. Arjun Hate on the other hand scored 17 off 15 balls at the middle order. From the bowlers, Devya with 1/1 and Maanit with 1/5 were the pick of the lot.

Achievers Royals in reply could only manage 126/6 in 21 overs with skipper Viyan scoring 18 off 16 balls. A part from Viyan, Anees and Vidyut at the middle order were the only two to score in double digits. It was a disciplined bowling performance from Achievers Knight Riders with Dhiaan Shethia being the pick of the lot taking 2/12 in 3 overs.

Result: Achievers Royals won by 38 runs, Dhiaan Shethiya declared ‘man of the match”
