Dell Technologies opting to bat first at MPS Ajay Cricket Ground in Hyderabad, Telangana made a total of 284/7 in 20 overs. After losing both the openers early, it was captain Sydney once again taking the centrestage taking game in how own hands as he went on to score a match winning half century. Sydney went on to score a blazing knock of 118 runs in mere 40 deliveries which included as many as 17 boundaries and 6 massive sixes. Striking at almost close to 300.00, Sydney was well supported by Prasad with whom he batters stitched a 102 run stand for the 3rd wicket. Praneeth (79* off 28 balls) at the middle order also played an equally important knock as Dell Technologies reached a total of 284/7 in 20 overs.
NMDC XI in reply were cleaned up for just 108 runs all out in 18 overs with Sridhar bagging 4/31 in 4 overs and Venkat Rao taking 2/13 in 3 overs as Dell won the match by a big margin of 176 runs. Sydney Joseph for his electrifying batting performance was declared ‘man of the match”
