Cricket Explained Academy opting to bat first at New Era, Azad Maidan made a total of 182/10 in 34.2 overs with Yug Prabhu and Aayush Ambekar at lower middle order chipping in with crucial contributions. CE who were in trouble at one stage with scoreboard reading 52/6 and 96/8 got back into the game thanks to Yug (31 runs) and Aayush (24 runs) stitching a crucial stand of 45 runs for the 9th wicket & another 41 run stand for the last wicket with Dinesh (7* off 28 balls) as they reached a defendable total on board. From the bowlers, Prince Sharma with 3/16 was the pick of the lot.
Mumbai Sports Club in reply were all out for 164 runs in 34.4 overs despite a resilient innings by their opener Abhilash who scored a fighting half century. Neeraj Girase from Cricket Explained Academy was the pick of the lot returning with bowling figures of 4/32 in 5.4 overs including key wicket of Abhilash as Cricket Explained won the match by 18 runs.
