Captain Tarun Sharma’s brilliant all-round show steers Elite Ind United to a win over Mitchell Martin India

Elite Ind United opting to bat first at Sirvi Cricket Ground in Hyderabad, Telangana made a handsome total of 207/4 in 20 overs courtesy two sparkling half centuries by all-rounder Tarun Sharma and SP Sai. Tarun opening the innings set the tone giving a perfect start with a knock of 58 runs in mere 35 balls (6 fours, 3 sixes) while also stitched a crucial partnership with SP Sai who was the highest scorer with an unbeaten knock of 87* in 46 balls.

Mitchell Martin India in reply could only manage 167/7 in 20 overs with Rakesh, Harshil and Tarun bagging 2 wkts. Skipper Tarun led from the front as he was amongst the pick of the bowlers as well taking 2/10 in 2 overs as Elite Ind United won the match in a commanding manner.
