United Cricketers after being put to bat first on their home ground made a total of 128/10 in 42.4 overs. Most of their batters found it difficult to get going courtesy a masterclass spell by Vijay Gohil. Vijay took 5/32 in 11 overs including 3 maidens denting opposition’s middle and lower order.

Victory CC in reply were 143/3 dec in just 22 overs courtesy an impressive 92 by Jay Bista who smashed 9 fours and 3 sixes. United CC were 29/4 in their 2nd innings at the end of the game’s play with Gohil taking 1 more wicket in 2nd innings alongwith Shashank Attarde who took 3 wkts.  The match ended with Victory CC winning the match on 1st innings lead.

Just fresh from a brilliant 7 wkt haul vs Victory CC, Vijay Gohil continues to make a mark for himself with yet another fifer making 2 back to back fifers in Kanga League. With this, Vijay becomes the only spinner to take back to back 5 wkt hauls in B Division this season.
