Aryan Reddy sparkles with an unbeaten 77* for HMV Team | Hyderabad Cricket

Team HMV opting to bat first at Tyagi Cricket Ground in Hyderabad made a total of 252/9 in 50 overs with their top order batters chipping in with half centuries. Opener Harshvardhan Reddy (56 runs) and Aryan Reddy stitched an 80 run stand for the 2nd wicket which set the base for HMV innings. Aryan Reddy who came at no.3 was the top scorer in the match smashing a rock solid 77* off 125 balls which included 7 boundaries.

Aryan – one of the most promising prodigies of his age group who represented Hyderabad U16 this season continued to show a positive intent as he stitched two crucial partnerships first with opener Harshvardhan and later with middle order batter Ankit (51 runs) with whom he formed a 104 run stand for the 4th wicket.

Amir Strikers received a tough fight but eventually chased down the total crossing the victory line in the 46th over with half centuries powered by Praneeth and Advith. From the bowlers, K Satyanarayana was impressive being the pick of the lot taking 3 wkts while all-rounder Aryan also chipping in with 2 wkts.

Result: Amir Strikers won the match by 4 wkts & 4 overs to spare.
