Aryan fights it out with a gritty 81 vs Brothers XI in HCA A2 Division 2 Days League Championship’24

Brothers XI batting first at Brinda Cricket Ground- 2 in Hyderabad made a total of 260/10 in 89.5 overs with Pralav and Kalivela smashing half centuries. The rest of the batters chipped in with handy contributions taking their team to a defendable total. From the bowlers, Kotla S with 5 wkts was the pick of the lot while all-rounder Aryan Reddy also chipped in with 2 wkts.

Chasing 261, Gouds XI lost quick top order wickets but it was Aryan who held fort from one end and gave a tough fight to the opposition. Aryan showed grit and resilience facing 142 deliveries absorbing pressure from one end as rest of the batters batted around him. Aryan scored 81 off 142 balls top scoring for his team however Gouds XI fell short in the end getting all out for 233 runs in 61.4 overs.

Result: Brothers XI won the match by 27 runs.
