BPCL in reply did manage to put on a fight but eventually they fell short of their stipulated total by 44 runs. Opener Akhil Herwadkar gave a flying start with his counter-attacking cricket but BPCL’s middle order failed to capitalize. Akhil went on to score 86 off 46 balls which included 7 biggies striking at 186.96. Sahil Jadhav at the middle order scored a 26 ball 47 but rest of the batters found it difficult to get going as DY Patil A won the match by 44 runs.
