Alsaadh Sheikh smashes a quickfire half century for Muslim United SC in MCA President Cup’24

New Hindu Cricket Club after being put to bat first at Islam Gymkhana Ground in Mumbai made an impressive total of 232/4 in 20 overs. Openers Harsh Ubale and Pranay Kapadia smashed half centuries stitching an opening stand of 147 runs in 13.1 overs. From the bowlers, Sandeep Kunchikor with 3/26 in 4 overs was the pick of the lot from Muslim United.

Muslim United Sports Club chasing 233 gave a tough fight despite chasing such a big total thanks to a brilliant half century by Alsaadh Sheikh. Alsaadh who came at no.3 went on to score 63 off 37 balls which included just one boundary and as many as 5 towering sixes striking at 178.00! Alsaadh displayed his power hitting skills under pressure and almost took his team towards the victory line!

Muslim United Sports Club in the end reached 215/8 in 20 overs as New Hindu won the match by 17 runs.
