All-Rounder Sydney smashes a hurricane 130 on one of the Biggest Grounds of Hyderabad

SMCC United after being put to bat first at Prime Arena Cricket Ground in Hyderabad made a total of 198/6 in 20 overs. All-Rounder Sydney Joseph who came at no.3 when scoreboard was 1/1 and 25/3 at one stage changed the game in no time with his firebrand style of batting. Sydney went on to score a brilliant 130 off 80 balls which included 10 boundaries and 7 sixes at a strike rate of 162.50. The innings was all the more special because Prime Arena is one of the biggest grounds of Hyderabad with 85-90 mtrs boundaries and Sydney showed his class showcasing amazing power hitting skills.

Cool Tribe in reply were cleaned up for 126 runs in 19.3 overs as SMCC United bowlers did a fine job with the ball. Sydney was the pick of the lot amongst the bowlers too taking 3/16 in 3 overs alongwith Rahul who also took 3/37.

SMCC United won the match by 126 runs and Sydney Joseph was declared ‘man of the match” for his all-round heroics.
