All-Rounder Omkar Chettiar’s 98 steers Spartans to a win in the Azad T20 League’25

The Spartans opting to bat first at Azad Maidan in Mumbai made a total of 202/7 in 20 overs. All-rounder Omkar Chettiar opening the innings almost scored half of the team runs taking his team towards a 200+ total. Omkar opening the innings smashed a blazing 98 off 52 balls smashing 15 boundaries and 2 sixes at an impressive strike rate of 188.46. Omkar was well supported by Antriksh and Yash at the middle order stitching handy partnerships with Omkar.

RK Sports Academy in reply were all out for 89 runs in 16.1 overs with Mayank Desai and Deepak Mokal being the pick of the lot taking 4 & 3 wkts respectively.

Result: The Spartans won the match by 113 runs, Omkar declared ‘man of the match”
