Ajit Rai & Abhishek Pandey steer The Diet Club to a win in JKS One Day Triangular Trophy’22

Played at Jagannath Krida Sankul in Badlapur, Vihaa XI after opting to bat first posted a total of 91/9 in 15 overs. Skipper Amit Brahmane with 18 off 25 balls and Akhil with 16 runs were the top scorers for the team. From the bowlers, Abhishek Panday with 2/8 in 3 overs was impressive with the ball being the pick of the lot. Siddhesh Ingawale on the other hand also bagged 2 wkts for 25 runs.

The Diet Club chased down the score successfully winning the match by 6 wkts crossing the victory line in 14.3 overs. Skipper Ajit Rai (18 off 25 balls) and Amol Modak (18 off 21 balls) gave a 56 run opening stand which ensured a comfortable chase for the Diet Club.

Result: Diet Club won the match by 6 wkts, Abhishek Panday declared ‘man of the match’
