Smashers Cricket Club opting to bat first at DPZ Ground in Dadar made a more than decent total on board of 189/5 in 20 overs with opener Ajinkya Deshpande anchoring the innings from start to end. Ajinkya missed out on a well deserved hundred smashing 90 off 65 balls which included 14 fours and 2 sixes at a strike rate of 138.48. Ajinkya also stitched a crucial partnership of 140 runs with Prathamesh Patil who scored 61 runs off 33 balls at the middle order.
Aryavatra SuperKings in reply were all out for 125 runs in 19.3 overs courtesy a brilliant spell of bowling by Mahesh P who took 5/12 in 3 overs. The rest of the bowlers also bowled well as Smashers CC won the match by 64 runs.
