Achiever’s Sanaya Joshi impresses with all-round performance in Mahim Juvenile Prakash Puranik Tournament’25

MIG batting first made a total of 165/3 in 20 overs with half century by opener Heer Kothari. Mahek Mistry opening with Heer also scored 43 runs as both the openers stitched a solid opening partnership. From the bowlers, Akansha Mishra with 1/15 and Sanaya Joshi with 1/21 were the pick of the lot.

Bharat Cricket Club in reply could only manage 126/6 in 20 overs with Sanaya Joshi at the middle order showing her fighting spirit with an unbeaten knock. Sanaya who trains at Achievers Cricket Academy in Chembur scored a gritty 48* off 39 balls including 5 boundaries. Sanaya kept the scoreboard ticking even when wickets were tumbling from other end. Sanaya overall in the match impressed with all-round performance taking 1/21 and also scoring 48* with the bat.

Result: MIG won by 39 runs.
