Aayush Ambekar and Aarya Sagare smash impressive tons in 1st Round of Harris Shield’23

Played at RTO, Azad Maidan in Mumbai, St.Joseph High School opting to bat first made a mammoth total of 562 runs for the loss of just 1 wkt.  Aayush Ambekar opening the innings scored a brilliant knock batting from start to end hitting 142* while he was well supported by Aarya Sagare who scored an equally impressive 128 as both the players stitched a massive 250+ partnership to dominate the CP Goenka School bowlers. Both the batters displayed aggressive brand of cricket smashing the ball on merit and keeping the bowlers on toes.

CP Goenka International School in reply were all out for just 78 runs as St.Joseph Dombivli clinched a massive win by 484 runs. Aarya Sagare and Aayush Ambekar are both students of Cricket Explained Academy in Dombivli and they are trained under Coach Hrishikesh Puranik.
