Aarya Sagare impresses with a fine 120* for Cricket Explained Academy in Bangalore Tour

KPCA Wizards opting to bat first at BK Cricket Ground-4 in Bengaluru made a total of 266/9 in 50 overs with their opener Eshaan and no.3 batsman Samvit chipping in with half centuries. From the bowlers, Vihaan Wagh with 4/30 in 10 overs including 3 maidens was impressive being the lot from Cricket Explained Academy bowlers.

Cricket Explained Academy in reply put on a solid fight even though conditions were different for them being a touring team. They scored 222/9 and batted the whole 50 overs being one of the positive takeaways. Aarya Sagare at the middle order showed his class top scoring in the match with a dominating century. Coming at no.6, Aarya scored 120* off just 90 balls which included 15 boundaries and 6 sixes at a strike rate of 133.33. Aarya was not only the only centurion in the match but also the only player to bat at a strike rate of 100+ throughout the innings.

Cricket Explained Academy Tour of Bangalore had lot of positives to take away which included some key performances as well as the academy players getting an opportunity to play in different conditions during off season.
